| Condition upon delivery. |
| Old plastics, but the cracks are minimal, so they'll all be reconditioned with repairs, primer and paint. |
| Classic old Mooney panel will stay the same for now. |
| These 60's era seats have seen their better days. |
| We'll get new seat harnesses, as well. |
| Ahhh, orange kick panels. They'd fit well with avocado seats...blah. We'll replace these side panels with carpet to match the floor. |
| That door handle was a challenge to remove. It's built as if it is never to be removed. We ended up drilling a hole on the opposite end of the squeeze pin and popping it out with a custom made punch. Thanks, brother Allen. |

This blog is for the purpose of chronicling Glenn's and my rebuild of our recently purchased Mooney M20E. I'm starting this blog late, as we have already gutted the interior, except the panel. New avionics will come in time. For now we're concentrating on the interior re-do, replacing all the Plexiglas and the rebuild of the undercarriage. Once that is complete, we'll spend time flying the plane and begin to focus on the exterior.
